Knurled-pattern horizontal sealing jaw for VFFS pouch lines. The knurl gives the heat-and-pressure cycle a textured seal that’s leak-tight on laminated film. Body is 6061-T6 aluminium, hard-anodised; cartridge heater bores are reamed for thermal contact; PT100 port included.
Custom knurl pitches and mounting patterns are quoted on drawing.
