Batch traceability
How a batch is traced
Each dispatch references a heat / lot number on the invoice. We retain a 10-piece sample from every production batch in oil paper for 12 months for cross-reference.
- Heat number stamped on the box and recorded against the invoice.
- Sample retention: 10 pieces, 12 months, oil-paper packed.
- Outsourced PVD / plating runs return with batch certificates from the vendor.
- Customer complaints traced back to the same heat within one working day.

Where the numbers come from
We measure on our own bench (see the equipment list below). Where the buyer requires an external NABL-accredited report, we forward a sample to a partner lab and pass on the report.
- External hardness / metallography — partner NABL-accredited mechanical testing lab.
- External RF VNA characterisation — partner NABL-accredited RF lab on connector lots ≥ 200 nos.
- PVD coating thickness — vendor's own NABL certificate per batch.

On request — for buyers outside India
Tell us which apply when you send the drawing — we'll bundle them with the dispatch. We don't ship them by default; we don't claim to hold them when we don't.
- Country-of-origin certificate.
- Material test certificate (MTC) and hardness report from our bench, with NABL-accredited lab cross-check available on request.
- RoHS / REACH material declaration where the buyer requires it (we obtain a fresh declaration from the relevant material vendor for the lot).
- Commercial invoice with HSN, packing list and weight slip.
