Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Material price fluctuations beyond ±5% may trigger a re-quote on bulk orders, with prior intimation.

Orders

An order is confirmed against a written PO or signed proforma. Production starts once advance payment (typically 50%) is received for first-time customers.

Tolerances

Default tolerance class is IT7 unless specified. Tighter classes (IT6 / h6 / h7) are quoted separately and may add lead time for grinding.

Inspection & rejection

We supply hardness and dimensional reports on request. Notify any rejection within 14 days of receipt; we replace at our cost if the defect is attributable to our workmanship.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the supplied lot. We are not liable for downstream losses arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or operating conditions outside the quoted spec.

Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.
