A blade shop, an RF bench, and a packaging-spares desk — under one roof.
Bharat Engineering Works has been making cutting blades, packaging-machine
wear parts and RF connectors since 1998 in Ludhiana,
Punjab. We supply pouch-packaging plants, FMCG contract packers,
telecom assemblers and defense-electronics integrators across India.
What we do
Machine, harden, grind, test — in that order.
We hold tool-steel stock in D2, M2, HSS and A2 for the blade line; brass,
BeCu and stainless for the connector line; aluminium 6061-T6 for sealing
jaws. CNC turning, milling, wire EDM, vacuum hardening and edge grinding
all run in-house. PVD coating and plating are outsourced to two
NABL-tested vendors near the workshop, with batch certificates on file.
The pattern of the work is steady: a packaging plant runs a blade for a
shift, the seal goes ragged, a replacement set leaves us within the week.
Connector orders come in lots of hundreds and ship with a per-lot VSWR
plot in the box.
How we work
Quote in 24 hours, written.
Every quote is written, with material, finish, lead time and freight broken out.
Sample on approval before bulk on first-time orders.
Material certificate and hardness test report supplied on request.
Direct contact with the foreman, not a relay through a salesperson.
