What we collect

When you submit a quote enquiry we receive: name, phone, email, city/state, optional company name, the parts and quantities in your bag, your notes, and any file you choose to attach. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, send a quote, and keep a record for warranty / repeat orders. We never sell, rent or share customer contact details.

How we store it

Enquiries land in our form provider's inbox and are forwarded to sales@bharatengineeringworks.com. We retain enquiry records for two years; attachments for one year.

Cookies

We set one first-party cookie (bew-locale) to remember your language preference for one year. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool — to count page views. Plausible never sees personal data.

Your rights

To request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your records, write to sales@bharatengineeringworks.com. We respond within seven working days.
