Zigzag tear-edge blade for vertical Form-Fill-Seal pouch machines — the small triangular teeth give the consumer a tearable opening on laminated pouches without needing a separate notch. Cut on wire-EDM from D2 cold-work tool steel, vacuum hardened to HRC 58–60, and edge ground in-house.
Standard mounting is two through-holes; non-standard CD or oblong slots are quoted on drawing.
